1.Cancellations
- By Guest:
- Cancellations must be made in writing (email or WhatsApp) or by phone call to +919511256323 or Whatsapp.
- Cancellations made more than 15 days prior to the arrival date incur a fee of 20% of the total booking cost.
- Cancellations between 7 and 14 days before arrival incur a fee of 20% of the total booking cost and subject to Approval.
- Cancellations less than 7 days prior to arrival are non-refundable.
- By Host:
- If we need to cancel your booking, you will receive a full refund. We will endeavor to provide alternative accommodation if possible.
2. Check-in and Check-out
- Standard check-in time: 11:00 AM
- Standard check-out time: 10:00 AM
- Early check-in/late check-out may be possible by arrangement, subject to availability and additional fees.
3. Guest Responsibilities
- Treat the Host's property and belongings with respect.
- Be mindful of noise levels, especially during quiet hours [State quiet hours].
- Abide by the Host's house rules (e.g., smoking restrictions, pet policies).
- Leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition.
- Report any damages or breakages immediately. You may be liable for the cost of repairs.
4. Host Responsibilities
- Provide a clean, safe, and habitable room as described.
- Respect the Guest's privacy.
- Provide agreed-upon meals and amenities.
5. Liability * We are not liable for losses or damages to your belongings, unless caused by our negligence. * We are not liable for accidents or injuries on our property, unless caused by our negligence. * You are responsible for any damages you or your visitors cause to the property.
